Inventory, days of cover, and reorder#
Operations reads your live stock from the store and turns it into days of cover per SKU, how long current stock lasts at the recent sell-through. When a SKU trends toward a stockout, it proposes a reorder with the quantity and timing worked out against lead time, so you act with weeks of warning, not hours.
Native purchase orders and suppliers#
Purchase orders live inside Atlas. Keep your suppliers and their lead times in shared memory, and operations drafts a PO when stock needs replenishing, lines, quantities, and cost ready for your approval. Approve it and the PO is recorded; the inventory picture updates as stock lands.
The logistics cockpit#
A delivery cockpit tracks fulfilment and shipments end to end, so late, stuck, or exception orders surface in one place instead of hiding in a carrier dashboard. Operations flags the deliveries that need attention and the patterns behind them.
Support themes#
Operations also reads what customers are contacting you about and clusters it into themes, the recurring questions, the shipping complaints, the product issues, so a spike in a theme becomes a signal you can act on, not noise buried in an inbox.
Its own onboarding and director#
Operations has its own onboarding that analyses your supply and fulfilment sources on connect and a director agent that coordinates the inventory, purchasing, logistics, and support specialists. Because it reads the same Calendar as growth and creative, it sees a scale-up coming and checks whether stock can support it, flagging the risk before the campaign launches into a stockout.
