About the role
You will run the day-to-day relationship with a portfolio of DTC brands on Atlas: activation, adoption across divisions, and the small saves that compound into loyalty. You will know each brand like an operator, because Atlas shows you their whole business.
What you’ll do
- Drive activation and weekly active usage across your portfolio
- Turn product questions into outcomes, fast, with founder-grade communication
- Spot churn risk early and own the save, with the data to back it
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years in customer success, support or account management for SaaS
- Comfortable in the product: connectors, agents, the calendar
- Empathy with founders and flawless written French and English
